Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the address associated with your Figure Color Studio account to support@figurecolorstudio.com.
2. Use the subject Figure Color Studio Account Deletion Request.
3. Tell us that you want your account and associated cloud data deleted. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
4. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Subject to verification and legal/operational retention requirements, we will delete or anonymize eligible cloud data associated with the account, which may include account/profile information, synchronized project data, portal records, uploaded cloud media, and other cloud content tied to the account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction/subscription records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations. Any retained information will remain subject to appropriate protections.

Local files

Figure Color Studio can store project information and files locally on your devices. Deleting the cloud account does not automatically remove local files, exports, downloaded files, or copies that you shared with clients or external services. Those must be removed from the relevant device or service by the user.

Client portals and shared copies

We will remove eligible portal/cloud data under our control as part of an approved deletion request. Copies previously downloaded, exported, or saved by another person or third-party service may remain outside Figure Color Studio's control.
